A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

The remaining balance must be paid 10 weeks before the retreat start date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in forfeiture of your spot and deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposit: The 25% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations Made:

Up to 10 weeks before the retreat: Refunds will be issued for payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

6 to 10 weeks before the retreat: 50% of the total payment (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

Less than 6 weeks before the retreat: No refunds will be provided for cancellations within this timeframe.
Additional Information:

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the retreat. Refunds or credits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If we must cancel the retreat, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes, cancellations, or emergencies.
