Cancellation Policy

1. Class Cancellation Window: Members may cancel their reservation for a fitness class up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the class without incurring any charges. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class will be considered late cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of £8, which will be charged to the member's account or credit card on file. 3. No-Show Policy: If a member fails to attend a class without cancelling their reservation in advance, it will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will result in a fee of £8, which will be charged to the member's account or credit card on file.
